In the Arrow recap, the second half of the crossover between Arrow and The Flash takes place along with the Legends of Tomorrow…

Last night’s Legends of Flarrow introduced Vandal Savage and just a touch of his power. We also met Hawkman, and saw Kendra turn back into Hawkgirl. Both Team Flash and Team Arrow had trouble with him, so tonight’s episode may have some craziness to it.
Hawkman and Hawkgirl are shown in their Egyptian forms. It seems as if it is before they fell in love. Savage walked in, he must be the magical advisor, and tells her to watch herself. And no they were just playing non-lovers.
So our superheroes all meet up at a farmhouse in the ass end of nowhere, Barry’s words not mine. The team talks how to figure out Savage, but they aren’t coming up with much. Cisco tries to talk to Kendra, but Hawkman, who seems to be a dick, jumps in to help her memories come back. He tries to explain to her, her past, but she is not taking it well.
Oliver stalks his ex, ex, ex Samantha and he asks if William is his. She plays it off like it’s not but Oliver isn’t quite sure. Malcolm sets up a met between Oli, Fleet Feet (Barry) and Savage. Barry isn’t too keen on it, and Oliver thinks they can get Savage to slip and give them something to stop him.
Oliver does something dumb, yeah he shot an arrow, and Vandal threatens that he will destroy everything they love if the team doesn’t give him Kendra and Carter. Of course Malcolm wants to hand them over, but Oli won’t do it.
Back at the farmhouse Oli explains what Vandal said. Barry explains to Cisco that he ghost shadowed, started his time jump, but Cisco doesn’t want to know. He explains that it might be a good thing. Kendra and Carter talk about fighting for themselves. Carter works on Kendra to fight, but she doesn’t do well at first. She finally rages out and gets him.
Dig and Laurel find a tape and bring it to the team. It’s a professor explaining that there may be a way to stop Savage. He explains that there is a calamity to fight him and defeat him. Kendra thinks the staff might do it.
Oliver had Barry find a secret DNA test. It triggers something in Oliver and he heads back to see Samantha. He explains that he knows. She explains to her that Moira forced her to not tell Oliver. They have the typical, a kid should know who his father is conversation, but Sam has nothing to do with it.
Oliver shows back up to the farmhouse but Felicity stops him outside. She yells at him, of course, and Oli tries to smooth it over. And she takes it too far, as usual. Barry walks out at the end and tries to help Oli but he blows him off. Oli splits the team up but leaves Dig, Laurel and Thea out of it. Savage is Oliver attacks but the plan quickly goes awry. He kills Carter and Kendra, and then Oli and Barry use the staff on Savage, or try to. He slams the staff, killing everyone except Barry. The next thing Barry realizes he is jumped back to the meeting with Savage.
After the meeting, Barry explains to Oli what happened. The fact that he time jumped, and Oli tells him they need to use that. Barry explains everything to him, everything! Oli is a bit shaken after their talk. Oli vows to do it different this time. Oli talks to Cisco and advises him to help Kendra find out who she really is. Cisco uses his charm to help Kendra, by explaining she is a different person than she was all those life time’s ago. Damn he is so smooth for a nerd. He gets her to relax and remember. Savage, Kendra and Cater are in her old room. She tries to stop him, but Savage kills them both. As Kendra comes to she realizes she may know the way to defeat Savage.
The team gets together and Kendra tells them what she learned about Savage. They realize the stones in the eyes of Savage’s staff are the key. Barry finds a different piece of the meteor, and Oli tells the WHOLE team to suit up. It starts out pretty much the same, but with the combined forces of the whole super team they slow him down enough for Barry and Oli to use the staff against Savage. The boys light him up, latterly and Savage turns to ash. Everyone makes it out alive this time, well except Savage.
The boys, and Cisco talk to Carter and Kendra, and they all say their good-byes. Cisco give her a medallion he made out of the meteor, in case she needs him. Oli tells Barry he did good, and Barry explains to Oli that he probably should tell Felicity, you know messing with time and stuff. Barry forces Oli to give him a manly hug. Oli then goes to Sam, and it goes pretty much the same. Sam gives Oli a little time to hang with William. Oli uses his friendship card to get close to William. (some Flash type feels in that scene) Felicity tries to get Oli to tell her what’s up, but Oli skates out by not saying anything.
Malcolm shows up at Savages ashes and picks them up. The F-er had something to do with it. Damn it we should have known.
So this cross-over was super fantastic. Top to bottom an amazing, two nights, of tv. I don’t know what happens on Arrow next week, but Flash is going to have to deal with Captain Cold, Weather guy, and the TRICKSTER!! It should be real fun.
