The release date for the upcoming Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice film has been bumped up after originally being slated to go head to head with Marvel’s Captain America 3 in 2016.
The new date for Batman V. Superman will be March 25, 2016.
Filming for the movie is currently ongoing in Detroit with Ben Affleck portraying Batman and Henry Cavill reprising his role as Superman from ‘Man of Steel’.
Captain America 3 will remain on track for its current release date of May 6, 2016.
