If Batman V. Superman wasn’t enough the first time around, the new Ultimate Edition will land digitally on June 28 and on blu-ray on July 19 with a ton of extra scenes added in and an ‘R’ rating for the film.
The new trailer for the extended cut already shows off some of the additional dialogue and action spliced into the movie, not to mention the appearance of Jena Malone, who was cast in the film but then her part was cut out due to editing.
The new Batman V. Superman is supposed to dig much deeper into some of the plots and back stories that took place during the film and with an ‘R’ rating, it’s hard to tell just how much director Zack Snyder is trying to push the envelope.
