Connie Britton will re-team with Ryan Murphy on his new series ‘American Crime Story: The People vs. O.J. Simpson’….
Connie Britton — who appeared as the lead actress during the first season of ‘American Horror Story’ — has always said she would gladly return to the Ryan Murphy led show in the future if time allowed.
Now it appears Britton is ready to rejoin Murphy in a new venture as she has been cast in his upcoming series ‘American Crime Story: The People vs. O.J. Simpson’.
Murphy revealed the news via Twitter on Monday.

Britton will play Faye Resnick, who was a close friend of Nicole Brown Simpson and played a part in O.J. Simpson’s trial when he was charged with her murder.
Britton joins an all star cast for the upcoming series including John Travolta, David Schwimmer, Cuba Gooding Jr. and fellow ‘American Horror Story’ alum Sarah Paulson.
‘American Crime Story: The People vs. O.J. Simpson’ will debut on FX this fall.
