With filming expected to begin in March, ‘Deadpool’ has added two new actors to star alongside Ryan Reynolds in the movie based on the Marvel character made famous in X-Men comics before moving onto solo success as ‘The Merc with a Mouth’.
Former MMA fighter turned actress Gina Carano — best known for her role in ‘Fast and the Furious 6’ — will star as Angel Dust, a mutant member of the underground group known as the Morlocks.
Meanwhile, T.J. Miller — best known for his part on ‘Silicon Valley’ — will play a comedic role in the new film, but his actual part has not been revealed as of yet.
Filming for the new movie is expected to begin in Vancouver in March with a February 12, 2016 release date in theaters.
