There will only be a few returning cast members for Scream Queens season 2 and Emma Roberts will be one of them….
It looks like Chanel-o-ween will return in 2016!
Emma Roberts confirmed on Friday that she is officially set to return as Chanel Oberlin in Scream Queens season 2, which will debut this fall on FOX.
Series creator Ryan Murphy promised when the show first started that only a few cast members would move from season one to season two and it appears Roberts made the cut (no pun intended).
“Yeah, Chanel is back!” Roberts said. “I’m so excited for season two of Scream Queens because I can only imagine what the writers have in store for Chanel.”
All that’s known about Scream Queens season 2 is that the show will shift from a college campus to a hospital setting where some very strange things are taking place.
Right now no one else from season one has been confirmed to return, but Jamie Lee Curtis is expected to reprise her role as Dean Cathy Munsch in the new season when Scream Queens returns.
Right now, Murphy is focused on the current season of American Crime Story: The People vs. OJ Simpson as well as the new season of American Horror Story, which will return in October around the same time as Scream Queens in the fall.
