‘The Fantastic Four’ reboot is getting closer and closer to production with the latest addition to the cast coming from ‘The Wire’ veteran Reg E. Cathey, who is set to play Dr. Storm — father to Johnny (Michael B. Jordan) and Sue Storm (Kate Mara) in the upcoming movie.
Cathey will play father to two actors he’s already very familiar with as he already starred in ‘The Wire’ with Michael B. Jordan as well as Mara, who he joined for the biggest part of two seasons on Netflix’s hit show ‘House of Cards’.
‘Fantastic Four’ is expected to go into production later this year.
