Before he was Commissioner James Gordon, he was just good old Detective Jim Gordon and that’s who you will meet in the new Batman prequel series ‘Gotham’ debuting on FOX this fall.

Ben McKenzie (The OC, Southland) will star as Gordon in the upcoming series and now the first picture of him dressed in character has arrived. Not that dressing like a police officer is that difficult, but McKenzie certainly seems on paper to be a great fit to play Gordon in the new show.
