From the makers of ‘The Matrix’ trilogy comes a new film called ‘Jupiter Ascending’ and we have the first trailer…

We have been waiting for it and it has now finally arrived. The first trailer for the new science fiction film by the Wachowskis called Jupiter Ascending. Not much is known about the plot except for the following: The trailer doesn’t give much away. The synopsis is basically this: Jupiter Jones (Mila Kunis) is an unlucky Russian immigrant who cleans toilets for a living. She encounters Caine (Channing Tatum), an interplanetary warrior whom the Queen of the Universe sent to kill Jupiter. Caine tells Jupiter that the stars were pointing to an extraordinary event on the night she was born, and that her DNA could mark her as the universe’s next leader.
• Some evil Queen wants Jupiter Jones dead because she has the exact genetic signature which “marks her as next in line for an extraordinary inheritance that could alter the balance of the cosmos.”
• Channing Tatum, Cain, has elf ears but he is actually the one that is supposed to kill Jupiter Jones but decides not to because Mila Kunis..er I mean Jupiter is so damn hot.
• Not only is Cain a easy pushover of a hitman he is also part wolf
• Being part wolf isn’t unheard of in the world of Jupiter Ascending. Humans on earth are considered pure while everyone else in the universe has had their DNA spliced with other creatures. Where do I sign up? Is the cheetah available?
• This is the first film in what is going to be a trilogy. The story won’t be overly complicated like Cloud Atlas and will be pretty easy to follow. Phew!
• Sean Bean plays a bad ass character named Singer. He’ll probably die in some spectacular fashion.
