Nothing like a pre-Thanksgiving teaser from Game of Thrones to get all the fans frothing at the mouth in anticipation of season 5 coming in 2015…
Game of Thrones season 5 is still more than four months away from airing on HBO (early estimates are a March/April debut date), but that doesn’t mean there won’t be a few teasers between now and then.
The first released this week focuses on Arya Stark and a website called ThreeEyedRaven.com and a promise to ‘gain the power of the sight’.

The clip played shows Arya with a voiceover from her brief encounter with Lady Melisandre when she looks in the little girl’s eyes and sees death while predicting that she will kill at least three men during her life.
The reference to ‘the sight’ and the three eyed raven actually have more to do with Bran Stark’s story as he trekked out beyond the wall to seek answers for the dreams he’s had ever since falling off a ledge in the series premiere back in season one. As we already know, however, Bran Stark won’t be appearing in Game of Thrones season 5 due to a storyline dictated hiatus for the character.
Last season the tagline leading to season 4 was ‘Valar Morghulis’ which stands for ‘all men must die’. Let the guessing games begin with ‘The Sight’ and how it relates back to Arya from this teaser.
