Game of Thrones season 6 has just added a Doctor Who and Downton Abbey star as Richard E. Grant joins the cast in a mysterious new role…
Richard E. Grant — best known for his roles on Doctor Who, Downton Abbey and most recently the USA series Dig — has been cast in a new role for Game of Thrones season 6.
Game of Thrones has been added a lot of new cast members for season 6 including Deadwood star Ian McShane but most of the roles have been kept under wraps unlike past years where actors and their parts have been announced by HBO.
Grant’s role is one of those mysterious new parts added for season 6 with no clue who he might actually be playing.
It seems as the plot gets thicker as Game of Thrones starts looking towards condensing worlds and bringing more and more characters together, mystery will revolve around a lot of new additions this season.
Game of Thrones season 6 debuts on HBO in the spring of 2016.
