It looks like a ‘Game of Thrones’ veteran will be going up against the ‘Justice League’…
From the ‘King Beyond the Wall’ to battling the ‘Justice League’.
That appears to be the plan for Ciaran Hinds as the veteran actor has reportedly been cast in a motion capture performance to play Steppenwolf — the right hand man to Darkseid, who goes up against Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, the Flash and Cyborg in ‘Justice League’.
Hinds — best known for his role on ‘Game of Thrones’ where he played Mance Rayder as well as films such as ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2’ as well as ‘There Will Be Blood’ — has been cast in the role for the Zack Snyder directed project due out on November 17, 2017.
In the ‘Justice League’ movie, Steppenwolf is sent to Earth to retrieve a trio of Mother Boxes — supercomputers that can be used for anything from teleportation to energy manipulation — by his master Darkseid.
That’s when he runs into a newly formed ‘Justice League’ led by Batman, who recruits other metahumans to help him stop the alien monster hell bent on getting the mother boxes back.
