The freshman season of Gotham is off to a good start and now the show has added Nicholas D’Agosto to play the iconic role of Harvey Dent aka Two-Face…
Things are going quite well on Gotham so far through the first two weeks and as a sign of the times the show has now cast another major hero/villain for the series.
Nicholas D’Agosto — best known for his roles in Masters of Sex and Heroes — will portray assistant district attorney who is idealistic, handsome, warm and engaging but obviously makes a turn for the worse years after fighting on the side of the law.
D’Agosto’s role is recurring for the current season, but if Gotham gets picked up for a second season (and all signs are pointing that it will return) then he has an option for a contracted role to get picked up.
There’s no word yet on when D’Agosto will make his first appearance on the show.
