Get ready to unleash your fangs one final time for the last season of True Blood while also gearing up for Lost creator Damon Lindelof’s new apocalyptic drama The Leftovers with debut dates for both announced today…
‘True Blood’ will take its final bow starting on June 22 at 9pm ET/PT when the new and final season of the vampire drama debuts on HBO as announced by the network on Thursday. The popular show based on novels by Charlaine Harris has been one of HBO’s most popular shows over the last several years, but all good things must come to an end so the misadventures of Sookie Stackhouse and her vampire clan will finish up with all new episodes starting in June.
In addition to the debut date for ‘True Blood’, HBO also announced that ‘Lost’ creator Damon Lindelof’s new series called ‘The Leftovers’ will premiere on June 15 at 10pm ET/PT. The Leftovers is based on Tom Perrotta’s best selling book about 2-percent of the world’s population just disappearing one day in this rapture-centric new show.
