Director J.J. Abrams released a new video on Monday from his Bad Robot studio and let’s just say it’s creepy and cryptic but take a look for yourselves…
Future Star Wars director J.J. Abrams definitely has a flare for the dramatic, and knows how to keep an audience on their toes.
He was the man who helped build the ship (and then crash it) for the ABC mega-hit Lost. He helped revitalize a Star Trek franchise and brought back new versions of Kirk and Spock for the 21st century.
Abrams is now the man that will help us remember Luke and Leia, Han Solo and Chewbacca as he takes over the Star Wars franchise for Disney with Episode VII set to land in theaters in 2015.
Just because he’s working in a galaxy far, far away doesn’t mean he won’t have his hands in other projects as witnessed by the brief, minute long trailer he released on Monday.
Titled “Stranger”, the clip is about a minute long and features a voiceover before transitioning to a very creepy and scary finale. Check out the clip below and give your theories in the comments. Is this a new Abrams’ TV project? A film? Is this the new Luke Skywalker?
