Fans of ‘Breaking Bad’ will be happy to know that another series regular has joined the upcoming spinoff Better Call Saul…
The upcoming ‘Breaking Bad’ spinoff ‘Better Call Saul‘ that will debut later this year on AMC has added another favorite from the show to the new series.
Jonathan Banks — who played investigator and enforcer Mike Ehrmantraut — will join the show as a series regular ahead of the November debut for the new series. Banks played the role for two and a half seasons after joining the show at the end of season 2. He eventually left the show during the first half of season 5 when he character was shot and killed by lead man Walter White.
The new series ‘Better Call Saul‘ follows the exploits of White’s lawyer Saul Goodman (played by Bob Odenkirk) in a prequel of sorts as it showcases the attorney prior to meeting White in ‘Breaking Bad‘.
‘Better Call Saul‘ will debut on AMC in November. The news of Bank’s casting was first reported by Deadline
