The post credit scenes have become synonymous with Marvel features and the latest will be directed by none other than Joss Whedon…
Joss Whedon is currently in the opening stages of filming ‘The Avengers 2: Age of Ultron’ but he took time out to handle a post credits scene for the upcoming film ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ as well.
Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige confirmed in a recent interview that Whedon will be involved with one of the post credit scenes for the next major Marvel movie that opens on April 4.
While there are no details on what the scene will involve, it’s likely to tease at least in some way a connection to the upcoming Avengers sequel that will open in 2015.
Marvel has already promised at least some kind of footage to be shown from Avengers 2: Age of Ultron on next Tuesday’s special airing on ABC called “Assembling a Universe”, which is a behind the scenes look at the Marvel movie franchise as a whole.
So make sure to stick around until well after Captain America: The Winter Soldier comes to an end as it’s expected that there will be at least a glimpse into the new Avengers sequel.
