While filming is just underway for ‘Star Trek 3’, Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto have already secured deals for ‘Star Trek 4’….
Kirk and Spock are best friends forever and that’s the way it will stay for ‘Star Trek 3’ and apparently ‘Star Trek 4’ as well. Chris Pine (Captain Kirk) and Zachary Quinto (Spock) have both signed on to lucrative new deals to star in a fourth ‘Star Trek’ film that will go forward after the release of ‘Star Trek 3’, which just got into production this past week in Vancouver. Pine and Quinto have led the revamped and rebooted ‘Star Trek’ universe through two popular films with a third on the way. Both actors got hefty pay raises to do ‘Star Trek 4’ but it appears Kirk and Spock won’t be going anywhere but back to the bank after ‘Star Trek 3’ finishes filming and lands in theaters in 2016.
