‘Scream Queens’ season 2 has added another famous face as Kirstie Alley joins the show for the sophomore year…
‘Scream Queens’ has admitted another famous face to the cast for season 2 set in a hospital as Kirstie Alley — best known for her roles on ‘Cheers’ as well as ‘Veronica’s Closet’ — has joined the show in a key role.
According to a press release from FOX, Alley plays the “brilliant and devious administrator” of the C.U.R.E. Institute, “where some of the most fascinating and bizarre medical cases are under observation.”
Alley joins a growing cast for season 2 that already includes John Stamos and Taylor Lautner as well as returning cast members such as Emma Roberts, Lea Michele and Jamie Lee Curtis.
‘Scream Queens’ season 2 is set three years ahead of the last season with the Chanel’s leaving the mental institution and moving onto work in a hospital run by their old nemesis Dean Munsch, who is now the administrator of the medical facility.
It’s a fine job until bodies start turning up dead and a whole new murder mystery begins to unfold.
‘Scream Queens’ season 2 will debut on FOX on Tuesday, Sept. 20
