It appears the connections between the different American Horror Story seasons are growing with Lily Rabe set to reprise her role from season 2 Asylum later this year….
While each season of American Horror Story is set as an anthology and stand alone plot, it appears creator Ryan Murphy is ready for a little mingling between characters.
Lily Rabe — who appeared on seasons 1, 2 and 3 of American Horror Story — will be making a brief appearance in the latest installment titled “American Horror Story: Freak Show” as she reprises her role from “Asylum” to play Sister Mary Eunice once again.
In “American Horror Story: Asylum”, Sister Mary Eunice was the No. 2 in charge to Jessica Lange’s character, but according to EW she’ll be coming to the “Freak Show” to take Pepper (also from the “Asylum” and “Freak Show” seasons) to her new home in the madhouse.
Rabe is set to appear in episode 10 just before the winter break when the show goes on hiatus over the holidays. How Rabe’s character appears or why she’s taking Pepper away is unclear, but she will be popping up and running into some of her former castmates in the process.
