Brian Michael Bendis’ run on the comic book Alias based around super powered private investigator Jessica Jones still stands as one of the best series in Marvel history and it looks like the new TV show based around the character is headed in the same direction.
Well if the trailer is any indication of course.
The first full footage from the upcoming series — being released with all 13 episodes on November 20 on Netflix — was released on Friday and it looks fantastic.
Jessica Jones is starting her own private eye firm in New York after a tortured relationship with a mind control master named Killgrave, who made her do unspeakable acts before she finally broke free of him. Now she’s trying to get her life back together, but it appears Killgrave has returned.
