It’s quite apparent from watching any season of ‘The Big Bang Theory’ that the characters on the show are huge fans of ‘Firefly’ and series star Nathan Fillion.
Well now the man formerly known as Captain Mal Reynolds will appear on the CBS sitcom playing himself.
According to EW, Fillion will appear in the upcoming February 19 episode when he runs into Leonard and Raj at a restaurant and the two lifelong fans debate about introducing themselves and asking for a picture.
Fillion joins fellow ‘Firefly’ star Summer Glau, who appeared as herself during season two of the CBS show.
‘The Big Bang Theory’ airs on Thursday nights at 8pm ET on CBS.
