When the first trailer for the new ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ movie debuted it seemed like Michael Bay might have gotten something right for once…and everything since then has gone down hill…
Well Michael Bay certainly knows how to raise expectations for a movie and then over the course of just a few weeks disintegrate those positive feelings with just a couple of bad trailers and now a new rap song that will be featured in the movie!
Of course bad music was a staple of those early Ninja Turtle movies as well, but there was something endearing about watching Vanilla Ice do a choreographed dance in the middle of a nightclub while instantaneously coming up with a rap song about the crime fighting heroes on the half-shell.
Now thanks to this new Ninja Turtles movie we have a song titled ‘Shell Shocked’ by Juicy J, Wiz Khalifa, and Ty Dolla $ign and it’s just as awful as you’d imagine it could be. With lyrics like ‘knock, knock — you about to get shell shocked!’.
