Annabelle Wallis — best known for her role on the popular BBC series ‘Peaky Blinders’ as well as ‘The Tudors’ — has landed the role of Maid Maggie in Guy Ritchie’s film ‘Knights of the Round Table: King Arthur’ currently filming in England.
The movie features ‘Sons of Anarchy’ star Charlie Hunnam in the title role as King Arthur during his early years all leading up to the moment when he pulls Excalibur from a stone and becomes king.
Wallis joins Eric Bana, Jude Law, and Djimon Hounsou who are also featured in the upcoming film.
Ritchie hopes ‘Knights of the Round Table’ will turn into a potential trilogy of films but it all depends on how well received the first movie is when it’s released next year.
