The first trailer for ‘Runaways’ season 3 has arrived with a first look at Elizabeth Hurley as Morgan le Fay as well as Cloak and Dagger arriving in town…
When ‘Runaways’ season 2 ended, the group of teenagers had largely been fragmented after Gert and her dinosaur Old Lace were kidnapped by her father, Karolina and Chase were taken by Jonah while Alex, Nico and Molly were left to fend for themselves against an all new brand of evil. After they believed Jonah was dead and his ship destroyed, it actually sent him and his alien family searching for new hosts — namely several of the kids’ parents, who are now inhabited by those creatures.
But there’s still one more alien family member who hasn’t been discovered and that might be the most dangerous one of all.
Season 3 will introduce Elizabeth Hurley as the dark and dangerous Morgan le Fay, who is intent on encouraging Nico to embrace her darker side while Cloak and Dagger will crossover from their Freeform series for a special appearance in ‘Runaways’ season 3. Here’s the official synopsis from Marvel:
“The Season 3 trailer picks up where we left off as Nico continues to lean more into the darkness, which is only encouraged further my Morgan le Fay. Will the Runaways be able to stop her, save their friends, and their parents, stop the new threats from Jonah, and deal with a surprise visit from Cloak and Dagger? We’ll find out in Season 3.”
