Three years after the brutal murders at Wallace College, Chanel Oberlin and her squad of fellow Chanels have left the madhouse and relocated to a hospital run by their old friend Dean Munsch.
Unfortunately for the Chanels, murder seems to follow them wherever they go and when the body count starts rising, panic grips the hospital and everybody on the staff.
As ‘Scream Queens’ season 2 fast approaches — the debut is on September 20 on FOX — we are getting our first look at the Chanels in fashionable yet functional hospital garb.
