It only took one episode of season two of ‘Silicon Valley’ to air for HBO to sign on for a season three as it was announced on Monday…
Pied Piper will definitely be around for another year.
HBO announced on Monday that they had renewed ‘Silicon Valley’ for season 3, less than one day after season 2 actually debuted on the cable network.
The show created by Mike Judge focuses on a team of computer geniuses who design a revolutionary program that pits them against every other technological giant in Silicon Valley.
The series was a big hit through season one and the executives at HBO didn’t need much convincing after a great debut on Sunday night for season 2 to know they wanted a third helping.
‘Silicon Valley’ joins Veep, which was also renewed on Monday as well as ‘Last Week Tonight with John Oliver’ and ‘Game of Thrones’ as HBO series already renewed for 2016.
