The first trailer for ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ dropped on Tuesday with a first look at Spider-Man going up against Mysterio…in Europe!
Europe doesn’t need a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, right?
On Tuesday, the first full length trailer for ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ debuted with a look at the upcoming film due out on July 5, 2019.
In the trailer, Peter Parker is back at school while still serving his community as Spider-Man but a class trip to Europe finally gives him a chance to breakaway from his double life as student and superhero.
Unfortunately, Peter’s trip is cut short when he gets a surprise visit for former S.H.I.E.L.D. leader Nick Fury, who has arrived in Europe to recruit Spider-Man for a mission in Europe.
That’s when we get a look at the kind of opposition Spider-Man will face in this sequel including a first look at Mysterio as played by Jake Gyllenhaal.
There’s no exact timeline when this film takes place but we have to assume it’s in the aftermath of ‘Avengers: Endgame’, which is due out in May. That raises a very interesting question based on this trailer and a potential spoiler — where is Tony Stark?
Also make sure to check out the international trailer for ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’, which features even more footage from the movie.
Take a look at the new trailer and get ready for ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ on July 5, 2019.
