Legendary actor Christopher Lee, who starred in dozens of feature films over the years including the ‘Star Wars’ prequels and the ‘Lord of the Rings’ trilogy has passed away….
Christopher Lee — best known for playing Saruman in the ‘Lord of the Rings’ films as well as playing Count Dooku in the ‘Star Wars’ prequels — has died at the age of 93 from respiratory problems and heart failure.
Lee acted in films and TV roles from the late 1940’s all the way up until his death this past Sunday.
From playing Count Dracula in several films to other horror movie roles to his recent work in several science fiction and fantasy parts, Lee was a legend who could pull off nearly any part required of him.
Lee is survived by his wife and daughter
