The new film in the Star Wars franchise has wrapped up principle photography and now has a title as well…
The seventh installment in the Star Wars franchise will relaunch characters that haven’t been seen since 1983’s “Return of the Jedi” as Lost co-creator J.J. Abrams leads the series with Star Wars: Episode VII opening on December 18, 2015.
The new movie now has a title as well….
Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens
The title was revealed on Thursday via Twitter

The message also confirms that principle photography on the film has completed. Now it’s up to Abrams and his team to start putting the finishing touches on the movie while also likely scheduling a few re-shoots for crucial scenes.
