It’s been a long wait but the final Star Wars: The Force Awakens poster from Drew Struzan has been released. Take a look at the full image below.
A few things to note about the poster….
— Luke Skywalker is nowhere to be found
— Daisy Ridley’s character Rey is holding a staff but not a lightsaber
— John Boyega’s character Finn is holding a blue lightsaber similar to the one originally crafted for Luke Skywalker
— Most of the poster is made up by new characters outside of Han Solo, Princess Leia, Chewbacca and C-3PO and R2-D2
Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be released in theaters on December 18 with tickets on sale Monday, October 19!
