A new actor will take over the part of The Shredder for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 from Michael Bay….
Brian Tee — best known for his roles in films such as ‘The Wolverine’ as well as TV work in ‘Mortal Kombat’ and ‘Grimm’ — has been cast as The Shredder in ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2’ from director Michael Bay.
The character of The Shredder appeared in the first Ninja Turtles film as well, played by Tohoru Masamune.
The new casting may mean The Shredder will have a bigger part in the second Turtles movie or the directors just decided to go with a different actor this time around.
Either way, Tee joins a growing cast of stars for the film including Megan Fox, Will Arnett, Stephen Amell and Tyler Perry.
‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2’ opens in theaters on June 3, 2016.
