In The Flash recap, it’s the first part of the crossover with Arrow with even more characters from Legends of Tomorrow showing up today…

Crossover week! This was a very exciting time last year, and this year should only be better. It will have a few of the characters from the upcoming Legends of Tomorrow.
Barry is back to “Barry needs to be faster” Barry. He is fixed on getting faster, but just can’t figure out how to do it.
Vandal Savage is brought on shore, and right away he shows a bit of his magic and might by taking out his captures. Barry, Patty and Papa Joe check out pictures of the scene.
Cisco and his girl, Kendra start to have a little romancing but are interrupted by Savage. Cisco gives Barry a distress call and he has to save them both quite latterly.
The team gets together with Kendra, yes she is in on the Barry is the Flash, and Barry says they need a little Star City help.
Cut to Damian Darhk up to his dirty deeds. Team Arrow jump in and crash his party, but Damian gets his hands on Oliver and begins to drain his life force, but Barry rushes in and saves all three of them, and informs them he needs their help.
Barry is brought to the Arrow cave and Felicity goes all Felicity on him. Cisco goes all hardcore on them because they didn’t put the cave together right. Kendra gets introduced to Team Arrow and they talk about what is going on.
Oliver goes a little rough on Barry for bringing Kendra when they don’t have any clue who or what they are dealing with, but Felicity calms him down.
Caitlin and Harry work on a formula to help speedsters get speedier. Team Arrow and Team Flash have a drink together while chit chatting. “Didn’t you say guys like us don’t get the girl” yeah Oli has no clue what he is talking about. Aww Cisco has a major crush, too bad Kendra is actually taken…
Savage busts up the little super party, but Savage has plans of his own. Barry has to flash to stop Savages knives, but Savage also stopped Oliver’s arrows, or at least a few. He then shot a few into him, but Thea jumps in and gives the kill shot on Savage. Or so they thought. He was nowhere to be found.
Cisco reveals to Kendra that he has powers, and that he saw she had some too, but they are interrupted by Malcolm and his clan of assassins.
Caitlin figures out Harry’s speedster drug, and they call Jay in to try it. He doesn’t handle it very well and storms off after a little tirade.
Back at the Arrow cave, Malcolm explains who Savage is, and how they can’t save Kendra. Cisco and Kendra have a nice little heart to heart about learning they have “powers”. Just as they lean in close, a flying man steals Kendra away.
Cisco and Felicity search for Kendra as the team readies to pounce. Birdman ( as Cisco calls him) and Oliver fight, well Oliver gets his butt kicked but Barry and Oliver team up to stop him.
Caitlin and Harry debate on whether or not Barry should take the serum. Patty walks in and threatens Harry, and as he walks towards her, she shoots him. Yeah she just shot Harry…WHAT THE. I mean Harry can be a dick (Cisco’s words) but damn everyone wants him dead just because he is the doppelganger of the wrong guy.
Team Flarrow has Hawkman locked up as they asked him some questions. Hawkman explains who Kendra and him are, but Cisco gets some words, pump the brakes. Malcolm explains that Savage went to find a more powerful weapon. Caitlin tells Joe that Jay is the only one that can help save Harry.
Hawkman explains that Kendra has to “jump” to emerge as her real self. It doesn’t go well and Barry has to actually save her. Oliver has to talk Barry into letting Kendra emerge. Oliver realizes that the staff Savage needs is in Central City, so Team Arrow and Team Flash head there.
Jay shows up and basically has to use Harry’s serum. He shoots up and temporarily gets his powers back. He pulls the bullet out and they begin to save Harry.
Poor Cisco is finally realizing he is losing Kendra and isn’t too happy about it. Kendra gets the courage to emerge. Oliver and Barry get to the church where the staff is, but Savage is already there. It doesn’t go too well. They can’t even get close to him. As that fight is going on, Kendra jumps and emerges into Hawkgirl. Barry and Oli barely get out before the church is blown to bits.
Wells comes to and Cait lets him know all is well. He even thanks Jay. Dig gets a call from Oli and all players are now involved. Even Felicity gets involved by flying everyone to Central City.
Barry and Oli stop in to Jitters. Oli gets a laugh when he notices all the Flash love, and also gets a flash back feel, when he notices a girl he used to “know” i.e. the boy is probably Oli’s…
As I stated before the show, this was a fantastic crossover beginning. Tomorrow will no doubt be just as, or maybe more intense. Also I think someone big dies tomorrow.
