The Subscription: Top Comic Book New Releases for December 4, 2013

Here are a list of the top comics coming out on Wednesday, December 4 including Inhumanity No. 1 and The Star Wars No. 4….

It’s comic book day! Every Wednesday the newest books hit the shelves and in our newest feature on NerdcoreMovement.com we will give you a list each week of the books coming out and a couple of the top picks to check out when you visit your local retailer or pick up your books online through digital distribution.

This week’s top choice for new books comes courtesy of writer Matt Fraction following the fallout from the Infinity saga as Marvel comics presents Inhumanity No. 1

The book is described by Marvel as:

After INFINITY, The Marvel Universe has changed.The Avengers find themselves face to face with Karnak who has discovered The secret of The Inhumans THAT will shake The Marvel U to its core.

This is one of Marvel’s big new books post-Infinity and Fraction’s work is generally some of the best in the industry. Definitely a book worth checking out.

Another top pick this week is The Star Wars No. 4 from Dark Horse comics. This series has been following the original Star Wars script written by George Lucas prior to the final edits and re-drafts that produced the film we all know and love as Star Wars IV: A New Hope. The official description from Dark Horse:

General Skywalker and Jedi-in-training Annikin Starkiller have a deadly encounter with mounted Stormtroopers! An encounter with outlaws in a cantina leads to a meeting with smuggler Han Solo!
