Tom Hardy will produce and likely star in the film adaptation of the popular comic books series ‘100 Bullets’ at New Line….
The popular crime comic ‘100 Bullets’ is finally getting a long rumored screen adaptation with Tom Hardy on board to produce and likely star in the project.
‘100 Bullets’ was an acclaimed and award winning comic book from Vertigo by Brian Azzarello and Eduardo Risso that followed a mysterious man called Agent Graves, who would travel from place to place offering victims a gun, 100 untraceable bullets, and a path to get revenge on whoever wronged them. The comic ended up with a much deeper, secretive plot that unfolded over the course of the run for the book between 1999 and 2009.
Hardy is producing through his own company and will probably play Agent Graves in the adaption of the script by Chris Borelli.
‘100 Bullets’ was previously in development as a TV series with David Goyer (The Dark Knight trilogy) attached to write and produce the series, but it fizzled out and will now become a feature film instead.
