The first teaser showing a look at Negan on The Walking Dead season finale leaked online Friday so take a look….
The anticipation to finally meet Negan — played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan — on The Walking Dead is already at a fevered pitch and now we’ve got our first look at the infamous character who first debuted in the comic book at issue No. 100.
Negan leads a group known as The Saviors, who have clashed with Rick Grimes and the other survivors in Alexandria on several occasions already so it was only a matter of time before he finally met his greatest opposition.
“Hi, I’m Negan,” Morgan says with a growl in the teaser for The Walking Dead finale.
Comic book fans will also recognize Negan’s favorite girl is with him in the teaser — a barbed wire wrapped baseball bat named Lucille.
Lucille’s debut in the comic books was something most readers will never forget. If it’s the same in the TV version, a few tears will be shed when The Walking Dead season 6 comes to a close.
