Just two days after ‘Wonder Woman’ split with director Michelle MacLaren over ‘creative differences’, the studio has already targeted a new candidate to fill her role.
Patty Jenkins — best known for directing the feature film ‘Monster’ which won Charlize Theron an Oscar — has been tapped as the replacement.
‘Wonder Woman’ stars Gal Gadot in the lead role with her first appearance as the character slated for next year’s ‘Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice’.
‘Wonder Woman’ is expected to open in 2017.
