Director Bryan Singer has found a fresh new face to play Jubilee in ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’….
The cast list for 2016’s ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ is still growing after the most recent announcement from directory Bryan Singer on Instagram.
This time he’s adding another young mutant to the cast with newcomer Lana Condor playing Jubilation Lee aka Jubilee
If you haven’t heard of Condor, don’t worry no one has. Her IMDB page is as blank as a sheet of paper, but it looks like this young actress will cut her teeth alongside an all star cast including Michael Fassbender and Jennifer Lawrence.
As for the character, Jubilee was first introduced to the X-Men canon in 1989 by writer Chris Claremont. Jubilee’s power (at least in the beginning) was her ability to create huge explosive energy blasts and she also happens to be a rather talented gymnast.
It’s not clear how much of a role she’ll play in ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ but at least we know she’ll be there!
