Get ready to spend all your money just a few weeks away from Christmas because the Xbox One will be launching one week after the release of the new Playstation 4.
Microsoft developers announced on Wednesday that the Xbox One would be released on November 22, 2013.
That date is confirmed for the system release in North America as well as most areas of Europe including the United Kingdom, Ireland, France. Canada and New Zealand will also get the Xbox One on its launch date on Nov 22 as well.
The system was rumored for a November release, but only now do we know the exact date of launch.
The Xbox One will launch with an asking price of $499.99 in stores, with price points varying around the world for the new gaming system.
The Playstation 4, which will be released in the U.S. and Canada one week earlier, will come with a $400 price tag.
