It will be a full on ‘Glee’ reunion when Darren Criss plays the villain in the upcoming ‘Supergirl’ and ‘The Flash’ musical crossover…
The upcoming two-episode musical crossover between ‘Supergirl’ and ‘The Flash’ has just found a villain.
Darren Criss — who starred in ‘Glee’ alongside ‘Supergirl’s Melissa Benoist and ‘The Flash’s Grant Gustin — will play the evil Music Meister in the two episode crossover slated for later this season.
I get to make my @UMich & @GLEEonFOX friends show their REAL superpowers on the @CW_TheFlash/@TheCWSupergirl crossover? ????Music to my ears! ????

“With our Flash and our Supergirl being Glee alums, how could we not have them go up against another Glee favorite like Darren Criss?” Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg said on Tuesday.
“We have been blown away by his talent over the years and we can’t wait to see what he brings to the Music Meister.”
The two-night crossover will kick off on ‘Supergirl’ on Monday, March 20 with the majority of the music unfolding the next night on ‘The Flash’ on Tuesday, March 21.
Several stars have been confirmed for musical roles on the show including Criss, Benoist and Gustin as well as Jesse L. Martin (Joe), Victor Garber (Dr. Stein), John Barrowman (Malcolm Merlyn), Jeremy Jordan (Winn) and Carlos Valdes (Cisco).
It should be an fun twist as ‘Supergirl’ and ‘The Flash’ try to recreate the same kind of magic that made the ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’ musical episode ‘Once More with Feeling’ a much beloved classic.
