Silent Hill – one of the biggest horror franchises on any game system is coming back in a big bad way….

For the last decade whenever a horror franchise is brought up on a gaming system the two most mentioned titles are Resident Evil and Silent Hill. Well the latter is getting a hellish reboot with a blockbuster set of producers behind the game as well as one of the stars of TV’s ‘The Walking Dead’ in the title role.

‘Silent Hills’ will relaunch the classic Silent Hill franchise with director Guillermo Del Toro developing the story for the new game with legendary game producer Hideo Kojima (Metal Gear Solid) on board as well.

The game will star Norman Reedus in the title role and the veteran actor will lend his likeness and voice to the character for ‘Silent Hills’.

If that doesn’t give you chills enough already, check out the trailer released this week teasing the upcoming game ‘Silent Hills’. As of now there are no details on a release date, but stay tuned!
