The new ‘Justice League’ trailer has finally arrived…
This is the age of heroes…
That’s the message from the new ‘Justice League’ trailer that premiered on Saturday with a much deeper look at the heroes who will unite against a common enemy who is trying to conquer Earth.
The new trailer shows glimpses of Bruce Wayne building the team, but for the first time we get to see the enemy they are facing as Darkseid’s forces descend on the planet including a wave of Parademons, which we first witnessed in Bruce Wayne’s nightmares during ‘Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice’.
Aquaman taking on a Parademon is definitely the best thing you’ll see today.
Here’s the official synopsis from Warner Bros.
Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Add to that, director Zack Snyder definitely showed off more levity in this trailer than anything that excited in ‘Batman V. Superman’ including a great moment between the Flash and Batman when Barry Allen asks Bruce Wayne what’s his super power.
“I’m rich,” he responds.
Overall, the new ‘Justice League’ trailer looks outstanding complete with a new cover of the classic Beatles tune ‘Come Together’. Whether or not the movie will deliver remains to be seen.
‘Justice League’ hits theaters on November 17, 2017.
